Over the last few years as we prepare for retirement, we have refocused from a general purpose bookkeeping service to a tax practice.  We enjoy our clients and the challenge of the tax practice.  Many of our clients have also become our friends.  We also offer electronic filing, direct deposit, and electronic refund loans.

We also enjoy the seasonal nature of the business.  After taxes are over, we are not quite so tied down.  Our kids are grown now and we have enjoyed a lot of traveling.  Our families are spread out over the eastern part of the USA, so we get a chance to go see them as often as we can.  We have also been able to take several missions trips over the past few years.

Chuck does have a full-time job with our local  fire department  as the Chief, but we still can manage to get some time off for the traveling.
